This session will cover the fundamentals of TBE, its asset protection benefits, estate planning implications, and practical planning strategies. Financial advisors will gain the knowledge to identify TBE opportunities, help clients protect assets, and collaborate effectively with estate planning attorneys to ensure comprehensive financial and legal planning.

About the Speaker: Stacey L. Schwartz, Esq.
Stacey L. Schwartz is a Florida Bar Board Certified Elder Law Attorney, a distinction awarded to lawyers with exceptional expertise, professionalism, and ethics in Elder Law. She focuses her practice on estate planning, special needs planning, probate and trust administration, guardianship, and Medicaid planning. She is also an Accredited Veterans Claim Attorney, authorized to practice before the VA. A Florida native, Stacey grew up in Miami before moving to Orlando to attend the University of Central Florida, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies in 2011. She later received her Juris Doctor, with honors, from Barry University School of Law in 2016. Stacey is a dedicated advocate, committed to helping families and individuals navigate estate planning and elder law matters with compassion and expertise.
